Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and create plans to drive growth and increase company profits.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing fleet clients, focusing on truck and bus business.
• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits, gather feedback, and proactively engage with potential customers.
• Collaborate with body builders, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Continuously evaluate and improve current working practices.
• Gather and analyze market information, monitor competitors' activities, and prepare detailed market analysis reports.
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly trucks and buses will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
