Job Description

Working closely with the Global Coordinating Service Partner (GCSP) and key account members, you will play an integral role supporting the execution of the account plan, delivering exceptional client service and winning in the marketplace for our key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as central point of contact for the account
  • Maintain global account management reporting tools and processes.
  • Conduct regular account performance reviews, tracking and analysis against established goals and client relationships.
  • Coordinate and participate in account team meetings, develop minutes of meetings and follow-up on the assigned tasks
  • Support the team in the development and management of key client stakeholders and major pursuits.
  • Ensure client communications are relevant and delivered within set deadlines
  • Develop detailed understanding of the client and their business drivers

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.  Preferably gained at big four or consulting and professional service sector.
  • English – native speaker level
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Excellent written (English) and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Proactive, analytical, flexible and confident.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office – specifically Word, excel and PowerPoint
