Job Description
Qualification and Experience
- Passing 5 subjects, including English and Chinese, in HKCEE / HKDSE and Diploma in Building Studies or Architectural Studies;
- Holder of Mandatory Basic Safety Traning Card (Safety Card);
Duties
- Prepare and draft sketches and drawings;
- Take site measurement, taking off and counter check cost estimates;
- Prepare and update programme and database;
- Work as Public Relation Officer to assist In-flat Inspection Ambassadors in handling enquires, appointments and complaints from tenants estates and entering data to update the computerized "Appointment and Scheduling" system;
- Attend promotional activities e.g. "Mobile Education Path", "Mobile Educational Booth" ;
- Any other duties as required;
