Administrative Clerk to Audit Department (5 days work week)(Work Life Balance)

职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in daily office administrative works
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Assist in data entry and document filing
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

  • Working experience in office administration preferred
  • Previous experience in a CPA firm will be a definite advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, well organized, detailed-minded and self-motivated
