IT Assistant

• Perform IT technical and help desk support, mainly through remote access.
• Provide software/hardware installation services, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Assist in the operation of central server equipment.
• Provide in-house skill transfer for end users.
• Undertake any other related duties as required.
• Work a five-day week.
• Salary offer will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
• Work at off-site locations as required.

Candidates should have diploma with at least 1 year of solid experience in technical support for IT, or higher diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines. He/she should have hands-on experience in PC support, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office. Additionally, having a good knowledge of networking products such as firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points is considered an advantage.
