Senior Backend Development Engineer

Qualifications & experience

• Over 3 years of experience in Linux server-side software development
• Proficient in mainstream programming languages such as C/C++ and Python; experience in large-scale project development is a plus
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithm design; deep understanding of C++ memory models and expertise in troubleshooting common C/C++ issues
• Skilled in operations with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB
• Familiar with TCP/IP protocols, network programming, multithreading programming, and CUDA programming
• Strong communication and learning skills; capable of independently managing tasks and ensuring project timelines are met
• Experience in designing large-scale, distributed data architectures and a deep understanding of data consistency in high-concurrency scenarios is a strong advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of core system business processes
• Responsible for code design, development, unit testing, static analysis, local builds, and issue resolution for multiple modules or features
