AI Research and Development Engineer(Focus LLM/RAG,Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in design, develop and implement back-end core code and server-side service programs, ensuring code efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best user experience practices.
2. Optimize and write Prompts based on project requirements to enhance AI system performance and user experience.
3. Stay up to date with industry trends and address intelligent content maintenance issues for various application scenarios, particularly in NLP, Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer, and large model technologies.
4. Apply machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques (GPT, RLHF algorithms) to   build and optimize GPT training frameworks.
5. Track and apply the latest AI developments, actively and share new technologies and best practices within the   team, and drive overall technical improvement.

Job requirements:

1. Master or above in Computer Science or related fields with at least 2 years of practical back-end development experience. Passionate about AI and eager to explore new tools and methodologies and at least 3 years experiences in project management and fit-out work.
2. Familiarity with Langchain, RAG, Transformer, NLP, large language models (LLM), and RLHF technologies is preferred.
3. Proficient in CHATGPT+ concepts. Proficient in using relational databases such as MYSQL, ORACLE,Experience with Redis, Mongodb is preferred.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong self-motivation and communication skills.
5. Proficient in spoken and written in Cantonese & English, Mandarin is an advantage.
