AI Developer/ Scientist (Conversational & Performance)

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented AI Developer specializing in generative AI to join our team. In this role, you will leverage AI frameworks and open-source libraries to develop advanced AI solutions, contributing to the evolution of virtual characters and their interactions with human users.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI models and algorithms using frameworks to enhance virtual character functionality.
• Utilize NLP techniques to enable natural language understanding and response generation.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to analyze user input and behavior across text, images, and videos.
• Integrate various AI capabilities, including but not limited to STT, TTS, and facial expression mapping, where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into virtual characters seamlessly.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and experiment with open-source libraries to improve and expand virtual character capabilities.
• Proactively address technical challenges, optimize model performance, and contribute innovative ideas to the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques, RNNs, CNNs, and general AI methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI integration into real-world applications, leveraging open-source libraries.
• Self-motivated problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
