Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Data input and consolidation of daily trade transactions in Excel master record
  • Manage data and prepare reports by using Excel (Pivot Table)
  • Prepare client invoice monthly
  • Provide support to Sales Manager on daily operations and related administrative tasks
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

  • F. 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Word & Excel) & Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge in using PIVOT TABLE of Excel is a MUST
  • Good at Chinese & English typing
  • Details oriented and well organized, good in problem solving skill
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
