Merchandising Executive

JOB OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will assist in managing the product development and buying process, ensuring that our offerings meet market demands and align with brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy  
• Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure product viability and alignment with brand standards.
• Support inventory management to optimize stock levels and inventory.
• Assist in creating product presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. 
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Buying / Merchandising experience, preferably in Retail Apparel industry.
• Good Understanding of the apparel market, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
