Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
Client Management:
- Managing existing clients and responsible to achieve or exceed agreed service levels and has regular effective communication with service users to identify and meet their needs.
- Operates flexibly to anticipate and meet client requirements, attend monthly and/or quarterly meetings.
- Successfully puts forward proposals for additional services (add-ons) to Clients.
- Understands the detail of the contract and applies this knowledge well (both in terms of service delivery and accurate invoicing of clients)
- Continuous engagement of existing clients
- Be the key point of contact for escalation matters from client and respond positively & creatively to client requests.
- Manages the site contract so that gross profit margins are met or exceeded.
- Assists the management in discussion on contract changes with the client, documents the changes & communicates effectively to site staff and users.
- Manages the approval of suppliers' invoices & ensures accurate recharging to the client
Operations Management:
- Develop and sustain a high quality well-motivated team.
- Build and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within the team.
- Managing performance of on-site team, training, and development of team members
- Manages poor performers closely in line with SPS disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure that processes are practiced according to the Company’s corporate governance, workplace practices and code of conduct, including the compliance of workplace safety and health regulations.
- Maintains all operations-related documentations and manages SPS first impressions onsite
- Support onsite operations where required in case of shortages of resources.
Business Development:
- Develop and expand business.
- Generate new sales opportunities and build relationships with new clients.
- Identify key players and research clients to stimulate opportunities.
- Manage the development, formation, and execution of strategic partnerships and joint venture projects.
- Provide assistance to the Company’s operations in business development and business process improvements.
- To provide value propositions, prepare quotes, leading to the conclusion of sales.
Requirements:-
- University degree holder or equivalent
- 5 years or above experiences in Client Account/Operation Management, with proven records in similar capacity
- Experiences with document management solutions and business outsourcing is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to meet, communicate and work with people from different levels, both internal and external
- Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented performer with the motivation and skill to drive the success
- Positive “can-do” working attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chines
- Candidates with less experience would be considered for the post of Assistant Client Account Manager
