Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Manager in daily operations and administrative works of the security team
- Monitor the performance and discipline of the security team
- Conduct security inspections and audits of security procedures and incidents
- Recruit on-site building staff
- Arrange duty roster for each managed building of the portfolio
- Design and provide training courses to the security team to ensure premium service to clients, owners and occupants
- Handle complaints, enquiries and requests, and carry out appropriate actions to achieve customer satisfaction
- Attend meetings with clients and IOs, including after office hours if necessary
Requirements
- Diploma or above in property management, facilities management, or a related discipline
- At least 3-4 years’ relevant experience in property management or security field
- Holder of valid QAS Security Guard Certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
- Holder of the Property Management Practitioner Licence (PMP Licence T2) is preferred
- Must work well independently, as well as being a team player
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
