Logistics Coordinator (Kwai Chung)

Working Location:  Kwai Chung


Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, truck drivers & consignees
• Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business
• Handle orders and full sets of inbound and outbound documents
• Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly
• Prepare invoices & various reports
• Arrange schedules for truck drivers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Candidate with experience in transportation arrangement will definite be an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skill
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken English
• Good PC literacy such as Word, Excel
• Pleasant, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind and willing to learn
• Ability to cope with high volume of email communication and ensuring all inquiries are properly followed on a timely basis
• Related FMCG experience would be advantage
