Responsibilities :
- Handle telephone inquiries and greet visitors in polite manner;
- Manage e-mails and e-fax from external parties;
- Provide general administration and clerical support to HR dept, including filing documents;
- Responsible for preparing staff attendance records, absense reports and monthly reports;
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Office hour
Requirements :
- Form 5 graduates or above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Cheerful disposition with positive attitude;
- Polite, good telephone manner and customer oriented;
- A team player with good organization and interpersonal skills;
- Familiar with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
