Assistant Administrative Officer, Institute Secretariat (Human Resources) (Ref: 24/164/IS/AAO)
Duties:
- Supporting a wide range of HR administrative functions, with a focus on staff profile and record management, system maintenance and updates.
- Collaborating with the HR team in daily operations.
- Undertaking any additional assignments as directed.
Appointment Criteria:
- Five passes in HKCEE/ HKDSE including English language, Chinese language and mathematics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and English and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Command of Putonghua would be an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
