Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the selection, leasing, repairing for the company.
- Develop and implement local administrative policies based on the regulations set by the headquarters.
- Oversee the execution of employee benefits and company events, including but not limited to welfare activities, holiday events, and unique company perks.
- Manage office environment maintenance, visitor reception, property management, space management, and asset management.
- Handle administrative expenses and budget management.
- Perform other daily administrative tasks as required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Key Qualifications:
- Advance Diploma or Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of working experience in Administration in sizeable organization.
- Experience and knowledge of the Beauty/ Retail/ FMCG sectors would be an advantage.
- Attention to details, proactive, willing to learn and be a team player.
- Strong relationship management and good communication skills.
- Ability to record and present data accurately and with impact.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
