Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administration support
- Perform travel arrangement including flight booking, hotel accommodation, ground transportation and visa application etc
- Provide trade shows logistics support
- Perform procurement of office supplies and office maintenance
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player
- Proficient in Mac or PC skills and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome
