工作時間
- 每週5-6天, 每月6天休息日, 每天8.5小時工作, 輪班輪休
工作職責:
- 推廣星巴克的文化、價值觀和使命
- 透過及時的服務、優質的飲品和產品，以及保持乾淨舒適的店面環境，為客人提供不一樣的客戶體驗
- 遵守所有飲品及食品製作標準，為客人提供優質產品
工作要求:
- 必須1年或以上餐飲業或零售業管理經驗
- 良好中英文溝通技巧，主動熱誠，具領導才能及團隊合作精神
- 較多管理經驗者會考慮為副店經理/店經理
