We are a well-established property developer with diversified interests in prestigious collection of luxury residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong. We aim at maintaining an exceptional standard of facilities management and services. We are currently looking for high caliber candidate to join our professional team in Property and Facilities Management Department:
Responsibility:
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Process quotation and invoice to facilitate on-time order placement and payment
- Process reimbursement in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain effective filing system
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations of the department
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
General Requirement:
- Holder of Diploma or equivalent qualification in any disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience of team administrative support
- Good PC knowledge in MS Words, Excel & Chinese Word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, attention to detail and responsible
- Able to work independently and a good team player
