Assistant Administrative Manager I / II, Undergraduate Programmes Office, Office of the Faculty of Business (Post Ref.: 24/403)
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to matters pertaining to business undergraduate degree and relevant programmes, including programme promotion and development, administration and report writing, student advising and activities, academic quality assurance of programmes, AACSB accreditation-related matters
- Provide secretarial services to committee(s)
- Supervise staff in carrying out their duties
- Administer and coordinate faculty-/programme-wide events and matters
- Liaise with internal and external parties effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A recognized degree with at least five years’ administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
- A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work closely in a team as well as good initiative and analytical skills to work independently
- A strong sense of responsibility with a proactive approach
- Relevant administrative skills and a high level of competence in computer literacy are preferred
Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
