Data Analyst

Job responsibilities:

• In-depth excavation of the company's e-commerce business data, build data analysis system, all-round integration of multi-source data, to provide accurate data support for corporate decision-making.

• Using advanced data analysis methods and tools, carry out in-depth data analysis, accurately locate business pain points, provide effective solutions for product optimization, operational strategy adjustment, and help business grow efficiently.

• Closely monitor key data indicators, establish a keen risk warning mechanism, detect potential business risks and opportunities in a timely manner, and lay out response strategies in advance to ensure the sound development of the company's business.

• Collaborate with various departments to transform data analysis results into practical business recommendations, promote the data-driven decision-making culture to take root in the company, and improve the overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mathematics, statistics, computer and other related majors, more than 1-3 years of work experience in data analysis, experience in e-commerce field is preferred.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, R and other data analysis tools and languages, skilled use of Excel for data processing and visualization, with solid data modeling skills.

• Strong data insight and rigorous logical thinking, able to extract key information from massive data and form clear and valuable data analysis reports and insightful conclusions.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with different departments to promote the application and implementation of data analysis results.
