Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive (Content)

Responsibilities

• Develop and create marketing content for both online and offline channels
• Prepare POSM (e.g. standee, in shop visual, etc.) for retail and marketing materials for e-commerce
• Work with different teams and retail stores to deliver high-quality sales support deliverables on schedule, with post-launch follow up
• Provide CRM support for shops and online store
• Prepare press releases and maintain a good relationship with the media
• Arrange and support workshop, PR event, trade show and campaign
• Assist in management of company website and social media accounts
• Assist in preparing reports and project administration
• Assist in conducting and analysing market and competitor research

Requirements

• Eco friendly, passion for promoting sustainable living is a must
• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Chinese / English Language or related discipline
• Fresh graduates may also be considered
• Solid experience in a retail marketing role is preferred
• Experience in SME / startup company will be an advantage
• Experience in the CRM (Salesforce) / eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Omnisend and third party delivery platforms) / Inventory Management Systems is preferred
• Highly organized and proactive with a strong sense of ownership & passion for the brand
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with vital copywriting skill, in both English and Chinese
• A multitasker who is team-oriented & ability to maintain good work relationships both internally and externally
• Good PC skills with knowledge of MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
