Policy Admin Executive (Property & Casualty)
The Policy Admin Executive (P&C) is to assist the P&C Manager in a wide array of administration duties for general insurance products. The administration duties entail new business and renewal applications both.
As part of the P&C team, you will have the chance to work alongside a dynamic group of professionals, collectively ensuring a seamless workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct administrative duties for general insurance products
- Understand customer's needs, attend to new business queries, and follow-up with clients for processing of new applications of the insurances as required
- Follow up on, and negotiate renewals, with insurers & clients, for the relevant polices allocated
- Support mid-term policy adjustments such as policy endorsements for existing clients
- Perform end-to-end administrative duties such as drafting quotations, tracking documents from insurers, dispatching policies to clients, updating clients' folders in the CRM, updating leads into relevant systems and following up on outstanding payments
- Assist in General Insurance duties, such as follow up on P&C quotations/ renewals to clients and liaise with insurers on P&C quotations requests
- Assists-in, and follow up on claims for the relevant products classes, with insurers and insureds
- Handle call-ins by clients and advise them accordingly
- Achieve key performance indicators ( quality assurance/ operational standards/sales/ renewals)
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Experience in handling policy administration in general insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong Customer Servicing focus
- Proactive and service-oriented with a can-do attitude
