Business Director (ODM/OEM Service)

Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Develop Business Strategies, Business Plan and Marketing Plan
• To lead marketing managers in market research, product planning, cost estimation and investment analysis, promotion and exhibition, establishing agency network, contract negotiations
• Explore strategic alliance and joint venture opportunities
• Collaborate with Technical Director and Operation Director to maximize profit and company value

Successful Applicant Requirement:

• A Degree in Engineering (preferably BME) plus MBA (preferably in Marketing)
• Minimum 5 years of top management experience in design and manufacturing service of medical devices
• Skill in business planning strategic alliance and joint venture
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Work-based in Dongguan and HK office with occasional overseas business trips
