职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, C&B, and employee relations, etc.
  • Ensure the on-time handling of monthly payroll calculation, leave management, medical and insurance, recruitment and MPF/ORSO administration, reports and tax filing etc.
  • Formulate and execute HR policies & procedures
  • Participate in organizing staff activities
  • Supervise the personnel team and ensure the smooth-running of personnel operation
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
  • At least 5 years all-round experience in HR, preferably in sizable company
  • Good C & B practice & knowledge
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant legislation and regulations
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Mature, proactive and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Manager
  • Working Location: Head office at Western District
